PROJECT CHANGE

The mission of Project Change is to provide education and awareness to reduce the number of alcohol/drug related driving offenses in Minnesota.

• LEVEL ONE 8 hour session – Saturday ■ 8 am – 4pm
  

  This program is designed to provide individuals with awareness and insight into their alcohol/or drug use so that appropriate choices can be made related to their use.
  
  

• LEVEL TWO 16 hour session – 2 Saturdays ■ 8 am – 4pm
  

  This program is designed to provide individuals with a more-in-depth analysis and education regarding their use of alcohol and/or drugs. This program will include an individual evaluation and recommendations to the deferent.

Park Avenue Center will provide information regarding your attendance to the proper authority. In order to ensure proper notification, please provide us with information regarding who sent you to us, and who needs to be notified of your completion when registering for the class.
