Abbie D’Amour, MSW, LGSW, LADC

is a Group Facilitator and Mental Health Practitioner at Park Avenue Center. She earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota and holds licensure in both mental health and drug and alcohol counseling. Abbie began her work at Park Avenue Center as a dual-track intern, providing integrated mental health and chemical dependency services.

Abbie is deeply passionate about working with underserved and under-supported populations, particularly justice-involved individuals and those experiencing co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. She is committed to supporting clients as they reconnect with themselves in recovery and work toward meaningful, sustainable change.

Grounded in strong social work values, Abbie brings a compassionate, strengths-based, and client-centered approach to her work. She believes these values not only guide her professional practice but also shape the way she shows up in her personal life, allowing her to engage with clients authentically and with purpose.
