Ashlee Alberts, RD, LD, LMFT
Ashlee Alberts is a Registered Dietitian for both the Men’s and Women’s Programs. Ashlee attended St. Olaf College and St. Mary’s University where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Master of Arts in Marriage & Family Therapy, respectively. She had a previous career as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist for 5 years before deciding to go back to school at the University of Minnesota for her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition. Ashlee completed her dietetic internship at the VA Medical Center and worked at Abbott Northwestern Hospital and United Hospital as a Clinical Dietitian before transitioning to Park Avenue Center. Ashlee is passionate about nutrition education and making sure clients receive accurate, evidence-based research information on nutrition. She hopes to someday be an expert in clinical nutrition and become a Board-Certified Specialist in Renal Nutrition or a Certified Diabetes Educator. Ashlee spends her free time doing Olympic weightlifting, CrossFit, yoga, and loves to cook and bake for her family and friends.
