Stephanie Jones, BS, LADC

Stephanie graduated from the University of South Dakota with a BS in Addiction Studies. Stephanie began her career in drug and alcohol treatment 10 years ago, obtaining her certification- CADC-II in California in 2010. She has worn many different hats in her career- working as a case manager, client care coordinator, and leading an experiential outdoor adventure program. Stephanie was inspired to work in this field to show clients that recovery is possible. She is passionate about being part of their journey to cultivate the life that they deserve. Stephanie enjoys working at Park Avenue Center because of the values that they stand for and live every day. In her free time, Stephanie enjoys local restaurants and spending time with friends and family.

Anne Kubik, BA, LADC

Anne earned her BA in Social Work from the University of Northern Iowa and received her LADC license in 2018. She most recently worked at Valhalla Place as a Counselor/LADC/HIOP Facilitator and has experience working with addiction, MAT, and Residential Mental Health. She believes everyone deserves a good, healthy life and hopes to empower her clients to reach their goals. Her professional goal is to earn her Master’s in Social Work or Psychology. In her free time, she enjoys walking her dog, cooking/baking, and exercising.

Bonni Rodin, MA, LADC

Bonni earned her BA at St. Catherine’s and has been a licensed LADC since 1998. She returned to school and completed her MA in Human Development, Counseling and Psychological Services at St. Mary’s-University of MN and her Clinical Mental Health Counseling coursework at Adler Graduate School. Bonni came to Park Avenue with a wealth of experience working and volunteering with the MICD population and most recently worked at Pathways Counseling Center.

Courtney Mensink, MA, LADC

Courtney earned her BA at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and completed her MA at Adler Graduate School. After completing her MICD internship with Park Avenue Center, Courtney was offered the position of Intake Float Counselor. Prior to coming to Park Avenue, Courtney worked at Rescare as a Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner. Her professional goal is to obtain her LPCC license and work as a therapist with the MICD population. She has a passion for helping clients work through their mental health and chemical dependency issues simultaneously and improve their quality of life and discover who they are.

Natalia Kuzdzal, MS, LADC

Natalia earned her MS from Capella University and has been licensed as an LADC since 2017. She most recently worked at Fairview-Mental Health and had previously completed internships with PRIDE and Nuway. She has experience with SPMI and the LGBTQ populations and has worked in the behavioral health field for over 10 years. She is passionate about client centered care and being part of a strong team dynamic. In her free time, she enjoys paddle boarding, going to concerts, and practicing and teaching yoga.

Megan Sullivan, BS, LADC

Megan is a graduate of Metropolitan State University where she earned her BS in Human Services. Megan considers her greatest strengths to be her empathy, non-judgmental attitude, and her compassionate and caring nature. While in school, she was VP for Students Against Homelessness and Hunger and worked to raise visibility and led food and clothing drives. Megan most recently worked with Metro Social Services, leading an After-School Program, before joining Park Avenue’s team as a Chemical Health Assessor. Prior to that, Megan worked for several years as a counselor with a MAT Clinic. She has experience working with very diverse populations, including those with extensive trauma and people with disabilities. Megan’s mission at Park Avenue is to assist the clients in getting the help they need so they can live a happier, healthier, and safer life. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with friends, family, and her dogs.

Michele Bratt, BA, LADC

Michele received her BA degree from San Diego University and completed her Addiction Studies coursework at Metro State to obtain her LADC license.  After completing her internship at Nuway, Michele most recently worked as a Residential Counselor with River Ridge.  She has chosen to work in this field, and with Park Avenue Center, due to a passion for helping others take steps towards a better life.  Michele has had a life-long interest in the mental health field and plans to continue graduate school to earn her masters in Family Therapy.  In her free time, Michele enjoys motorcycle riding, crocheting, reading, and watching motorcycle and Formula 1 racing.    

Bryanna Lindahl, RN

Bryanna obtained her ADN degree from Pine Technical and Community College and received her BSN at Bethel University, where she is currently continuing her education.  Prior to joining Park Avenue Center, Bryanna worked in the addiction medicine field with Recovering Hope and gained acute care experience working in rural Minnesota with First Light Healthcare.  She was inspired to work in this field because she admires the perseverance our clients show.  She is passionate about helping people to lead a healthy lifestyle and hopes she can make a small difference in our clients’ lives.  In her free time, Bryanna enjoys camping, hiking, and canoeing.

Michelle Jones, LICSW, LADC

Michelle began working in the mental health field in 2001, obtained her Child Psychology degree in 2005, and earned her Master’s in Social Work at the University of Minnesota in 2010. She has worked for the past 9 years as a Social Worker and Mental Health Professional with North Memorial Health. Michelle considers her greatest strengths to be her strong knowledge base, ability to work with different populations, communication, and teaching. Her professional goals are to continue to strive toward a balance between providing therapy to clients, supervision and consultation to Social Work students, and to maintain a healthy work-life environment. Michelle was inspired to work in the field when a very close friend was diagnosed with a serious and persistent mental illness. She is passionate about learning, teaching, and giving back. She believes that providing supervision and training to students is an important obligation for social workers to give back to the field and community. In her free time she enjoys playing volleyball, spending time with family and friends, relaxing, and traveling.

Jasmine Webb, ADC-T

Jasmine obtained her Associate’s degree in Behavioral Science from the Minneapolis Community College and is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Jasmine most recently worked at AICDC Withdrawal Management and Hennepin County ACF prior to starting as a Chemical Health Assessor at Park Avenue Center. Jasmine considers her greatest strengths to be her motivation, caring, respect, and open-mindedness. She is passionate about working with diverse populations and helping clients progress within their lives. Jasmine enjoys spending her free time with her children and family.
